Limitless Australia

Anantha is a Sanskrit word that means, “Limitless/ Infinity”. Anantha Australia was born of an inspiring moment and translates to limitless Australia - Limitless in the possibility of connecting our compassionate self to the art of selfless service to other living beings and nature.

Stay hungry Stay foolish for a fair and just world

We are blessed to be in Australia, a land limitless in opportunities and natural resources. A land boundless in all that she can offer to creatures small and big that call Australia home. Yet, there is unequal distribution and uptake of all that our beautiful country has to offer. Gaps exist in physical and emotional health and wellbeing, safety and life expectancy of many that live here – humans, flora, fauna, our environment. These gaps exist because of a narrow understanding of our rights and responsibilities towards all that inhabit this planet with, around, below and above us. It is about making ethical choices and choices that impact on other life forms and the planet.

“There is enough for everyone’s need but not for everyone’s greed” Mahatma Gandhi

The Human form of life has the capacity to impact on the life of others on this planet; the opportunity to leave a spiritually sound inheritance for future generations in Australia. Every one of us has the ability to help others, the ability to put others’ pain above ours and many of us already do this but the need is more than supply. And how many of us do this without seeking something in return? Ancient vedic wisdom says, “The right hand should not know what the left hand has given away”.

Selfless acts aim to protect and provide for those in vulnerable circumstances– a service that is performed without giving thought to public recognition, community reciprocation, remuneration or awards. This requires courage- courage to be a social catalyst without expecting anything in return; To do good for the sake of doing good; To feel the pain of others as our own; To see one’s needs within the prism of an interconnected ecosystem; To awaken the virtue of Karuna/Compassion through conscious actions of selfless service.

“Do things that others think are foolish and stay hungry for that something more” Rashmi Bansal.

We have but one life. How well we live this life and how well we serve those in need are yardsticks one can use to measure how well we lived; how hungry we stayed for our goal as human beings of potential and how foolishly we worked to make these goals happen. Believe in the power of your potential and look to inspire others in daily acts of compassion. The one thought that often comes to haunt us when we look back on our tapestry called life is, “ I wish I had…….” and the wish is rarely, if ever, about that missed promotion at work or that missed celebrity photo-op. Death has this ability to strip us of all vanity and external identities. One can make selfless service a part of one’s character. It just takes a lifetime of habit formation.
